Civic Tech Shared Offices
Civic Tech, a long-term Cowork Taos member, will now manage and run the office suite that was Cowork Taos. As part of this transition, the day and weekly use membership options will no longer be available.
Civic Tech will continue to provide month-to-month private offices to non-Civic Tech Taos based workers. These are single person professional offices and will realize the same benefits as before: 24/7 access, 100% utilities paid, and free Wi-Fi.

Our Shared Office Space
Our one person offices are just the right size for someone to be both highly productive, but also part of an office community. Each office comes with a full-size standup desk, large comfortable office chair, dedicated bookcase, and lockable sliding door.
As a member of Civic Tech Shared Offices, you get 24/7 access to our facility which includes a kitchenette, shared meeting table, outdoor seating, and unobstructed views of the Sangre De Cristo Mountains.
Why the Change?
It is time for Cowork Taos to evolve into something new. For the last 3 years, Cowork Taos has offered both monthly memberships and day use shared desk space to digital nomads. Unfortunately, shared use spaces designed for the Digital Nomad are no longer in high demand. Post Covid, there has been a consistent push to “re-office” remote workers which has had a dramatic impact on the number of daily and weekly nomadic office clientele at Cowork Taos.
At the same time, reasonably priced office space for local Taos residents is still needed, and our Shared Office model is well suited to meet that need.
Given this market change, we have decided to discontinue the “Cowork” side of the business and focus on the Shared Office concept.
