Civic Tech was formed in June 2024 through the merger of two complementary organizations: Televon, a technology expense management firm focused on maximizing IT value, and Community Tech Solutions, a Taos, New Mexico–based managed service provider dedicated on dependable IT management and end-user support.

Together, these foundations shaped a more complete approach to technology partnership.
